Depression is a spirit or a force that can exert a profound influence over an individual’s thoughts, emotions, and actions. It can lead people to a hopeless and destructive behaviour.
Unfortunately several people have fallen victim of depression, with some taking their own lives, while others have become withdrawn, isolated or even wandered away.
However, I bring a message of hope and liberation for you today! You can break free from depression through:
▪️Right associations: Surrounding yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift and encourage you.
▪️Fasting: Seeking spiritual renewal through prayer and fasting.
▪️Prayer: Engaging in heartfelt, persistent prayer to invite God’s presence and power into your life.
▪️Studying the Word of God: Studying Scriptures daily to renew your mind, gain wisdom, and find comfort.
To someone struggling with depression, I declare: You have overcome it! Victory is yours! God has lifted every form of depression from your life in Jesus Name.

1: Father, I thank You for setting me free from every form of depression.
2: Father, I thank You for breaking the yoke of depression off my neck.
3: Father, we pray for Your peace, joy, and love to envelop as many going through depression in the Name of Jesus.
4: Father, we pray that You help as many going through depression to walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has secured for them in the Name of Jesus.
5: Father, by Your mercy, deliver all those held captive by the enemy, in the Name of Jesus.
6: Isaiah 49:24-25, Father, set free all those held in the enemy’s camp, destined for destruction, and bring them into Your marvelous light, in the Name of Jesus.
7: Isaiah 49:26, Father, bring justice to our oppressors, turning their evil plans against them, and making them reap what they have sown, in the Name of Jesus.
8: Father, please bring hope to all those in hopeless situations, renewing their faith and restoring their joy, in the Name of Jesus.
9: Isaiah 51:3,Father, we ask that You comfort all those who need Your solace, providing peace, reassurance, and hope, in the Name of Jesus.
10: Isaiah 51:3, Father, comfort our desolate places, transform our wilderness into Eden, and our desert into the garden of the Lord. Fill us with joy, gladness, and thanksgiving, in the Name of Jesus.
