RHIM PROPHETIC WORD AND DAILY DEVOTIONAL PRAYER-11TH/SEPTEMBER/2024

RHIM PROPHETIC WORD AND DAILY DEVOTIONAL PRAYER.

Date: Wednesday, 11th September 2024.

Topic: REFRAMING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

Scripture: [Mark 11:23-24].

23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Reframing negative thoughts when trying new things can help you build confidence and take the bold step. To experience new things, you must know how to reframe negative thoughts.

Common negative thoughts:

1. “I’m not good enough.”
2. “I’ll fail.”
3. “I don’t have time.”
4. “I’m too old/young.”
5. “I’m not smart enough.”
6. “I’ll look silly.”
7. “I’ll make mistakes.”
8. “I’ll get hurt.”

Reframed thoughts:

1. “I’m capable of learning and growing.”
2. “I’ll learn from my mistakes and improve.”
3. “I’ll make time for this because it’s important to me.”
4. “Age is just a number; I can learn at any stage.”
5. “I’ll ask for help and guidance when needed.”
6. “I’ll take risks and have fun trying something new.”
7. “Mistakes are an opportunity to learn and improve.”
8. “I’ll take necessary precautions and be prepared.”

Here are some tips to reframe negative thoughts:

1. Challenge negative thoughts.

2. Replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts that are more encouraging and realistic.

3. Focus on the benefits: Think about what you’ll gain from trying something new, such as new skills, experiences, or connections.

4. Use positive self-talk: Speak kindly to yourself, and use affirmations to boost confidence.

5. Reframe failure as learning: View failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, rather than as a negative outcome.

Remember, reframing negative thoughts takes practice, so be patient and kind to yourself. With time and effort, you can develop a more positive mindset and become more confident in trying new things.
