Topic: BE SEPARATED BY GRACE (3).
Scripture: [Galatians 1:15-18].
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace.
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
BELOVED, HEAR THIS.
Our Bible reference reminds us that it’s God’s will and plan to separate us unto Himself. When God separates you, it’s essential to engage in the kingdom assignment He has for you.
In verse 16 of our Bible text, Paul shares that he didn’t confer with flesh and blood because he knew it was God’s divine calling and a great privilege to be separated from others.
If God is asking you to separate yourself unto Him, it means He has a unique assignment for you. For instance, God instructed Abraham to separate himself from his father’s house (Genesis 12:1-5). Initially, Abraham didn’t fully obey, and he took Lot with him. However, after completely separating himself from his father’s house, Abraham received a fuller revelation of God’s promises and possessions (Genesis 13:14-18).
Divine separation requires total separation from anyone or anything that can hinder God’s blessings and promises for your life. It also demands stepping out of your comfort zone.
Abraham’s complete separation led to receiving revelations from God, and he experienced divine blessings that extended to his generations.
