RHIM PROPHETIC WORD AND DAILY DEVOTIONAL PRAYER.

Topic: LESSONS LEARNED FROM THE FATHER OF THE PRODIGAL SON (2).
Scripture: [Luke 15:22-24]
22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
BELOVED, HEAR THIS.
Lessons learned from the father of the prodigal son continue:
▪️ Wisdom and discernment: The father knew when to let his son go and when to welcome him back, demonstrating wisdom and discernment. As the Bible says, “Wisdom is profitable, in all thy getting, get wisdom” (Proverbs 4:7). May we learn to apply wisdom in every situation we face.
▪️Celebration and joy: The father celebrated his son’s return, showing us that God rejoices when we return to Him. If you have gone astray from God, return to Him today and He will receive you with gladness (Luke 15:7).
▪️No condemnation: The father didn’t condemn his son but welcomed him back with love and acceptance. May we extend the same grace and mercy to others.
▪️New beginnings: The father offered his son a fresh start, illustrating God’s desire to give us new beginnings. Whenever we surrender to Him, God gives us a new beginning (2 Corinthians 5:17).
▪️God’s character: The father’s actions reflect God’s character, demonstrating what God is like and how He loves us. May we learn to demonstrate God’s character and love always (Ephesians 5:1-2).
