Topic: HOW TO BE SEPARATED (1).
Scripture: [2Corinthians 6:17]
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
BELOVED, HEAR THIS.
As Christians, we are called to live differently from the world. Our Bible text for today emphasizes the importance of separation from the world. The Lord instructs us to come out from among them and separate ourselves unto Him.
It’s surprising to see some believers still closely associating with unbelievers, thinking they can maintain their old lifestyle while still following Christ. However, the truth is that if we refuse to separate ourselves, we risk becoming like the world. As 1 Corinthians 15:33 warns, “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”
Separation from the world means changing our lifestyle, friendships, and habits. This doesn’t mean abandoning our unsaved friends, but rather, we should strive to bring them to Christ. We can still communicate with our old friends, but our approach should be different.
Instead of engaging in worldly activities, we should invite them to church and share God’s Word with them.
As children of God, we are called to uplift others, not to conform to their ways. We must avoid anything that goes against biblical standards if we truly desire to be separated unto God.
To be separated unto God requires intentional effort. We must be mindful of our associations, habits, and choices, ensuring they align with God’s Word. By doing so, we can maintain a holy and separated life, pleasing to God.

May you remain steadfast in your faith and not be drawn back into the world.
