Topic: BARRIERS TO EXPERIENCING NEW THINGS (3).
Scripture: [Isaiah 43: 18-19].
18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
BELOVED, HEAR THIS:
We shall be considering the last set of barriers to experiencing new things:
*6. Social Pressures* Most people feel pressured by others to stick with what they know. They often feel afraid of what others might think. If you are afraid of what others might think, then surround yourself with supportive people. Share your desires with friends and family, and ask for their encouragement.
*7. Physical Limitations* A lot of people are facing physical challenges that make it difficult for them to try new things or feel limited by their abilities. This could be mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression, that can affect physical energy or motivation.
These physical challenges can lead to feelings of frustration, isolation, and self-doubt, making it even harder to try new things. However, it’s essential to remember that there are often ways to adapt and overcome these challenges.
Concentrate more on what you can do, rather than what you can’t, explore new activities that play to your strengths and interests, develop a growth mindset, focusing on learning and improvement rather than perfection.
Remember, physical challenges don’t have to hold you back from trying new things. By exploring supportive resources, and focusing on your abilities, you can overcome obstacles and discover new passions for new things and interests.
By acknowledging and overcoming these barriers, you can unlock a world of possibilities and discover new passions, interests and ideas for new things.
